Thomas Radzienda (vegan) is an American author and Reiki and meditation teacher. A dedicated animal-people rights advocate, Mr. Radzienda is the founder of Vegan Inspiration Thailand. In 2024, he released his book, “Vegan Health and Spirituality: A Synthesis of Ancient Wisdom, Modern Self-Healing and Universal Compassion to Nurture your Happiness and Joy,” which explores the intersection of vegan principles with holistic well-being. Since 2008, Mr. Radzienda has developed holistic health practices through Reiki. “So that food that we eat, vegan food, is a very positive energy, giving us very positive physical health. My meditation is better because my energy has been easily digested and [it’s] a very bright energy. And that helps us spiritually, meaning in terms of our meditation, or our healing practice, or physically, in terms of our physical health.”

“As a yoga practitioner, or just as a spiritual person in general, we have to realize ‘seafood’ is not food. Each time a person eats a hamburger, or something called the fish filet, we are perpetuating the crime, although our hands are clean, but we’re like a mafia boss. We pay other people to do the killing. And the most painful part here is that it blocks a person’s compassion. It makes a person blind, and deaf, and indifferent to the suffering of other beings. And the reason is people have been participating in the violence.” “People know that it’s wrong to kill, but we perpetuate it through our behavior. So, we never get that deep honesty with ourselves. The real energy, it’s love, kindness, compassion, for all beings. So that’s how things relate.”
