A picture is worth a thousand words, but a beautiful garden is priceless. Here is a gardening tip for you. Peat moss improves soil texture and moisture, making it helpful for acid-loving crops like tomatoes, peppers, beans, and broccoli. However, many vegetables such as asparagus, beets, cabbage, carrots, lettuce, and onions prefer neutral or alkaline soil and don’t grow well with peat moss. Another concern is that peat moss is not a sustainable option because it is taken from irreplaceable areas. Greener choices like compost, bark mulch, and coco coir support healthy plant growth without harming the environment. Coco coir, made from coconut husks, is especially versatile. It retains water, allows air flow to roots, and works well for seed starting, container gardening, or blending with garden soil to boost its structure.

Time to add some humor to your day with the joke of the hour, it’s called “Keep Away From Heat.”

At the veterinary clinic, a frantic man burst through the doors:

“Help! My dog companion just ate two bags of unpopped popcorn! What should I do?”

Clearly not as alarmed as the worried caregiver, the receptionist responded coolly:

“Well, the first thing I would recommend is to keep him out of the sun.”

?!

And now we have a heartline in Aulacese (Vietnamese), from Kim Tuyền in Âu Lạc, also known as Vietnam
