Here is a mobile security tip for you. Juice jacking is when hackers secretly access your phone’s data while it charges through a public USB port. This happens because USB cables can transmit both power and data, unlike regular two-prong plugs that only carry power. A tampered charging station, kiosk, or even someone else’s cable or plug can have hidden software that steals your information. To stay safe, never plug your phone directly into a public USB charging port. Instead, use your own trusted two-prong adapter or a portable power bank. If you need to use a USB port, connect a USB data blocker, also called a “sync stop,” between your device and the port to block unwanted data access. Also, keep your phone locked or powered off while charging. On most phones, this prevents access to your data even if connected to a risky port.

Maverick’s friend was speeding nonchalantly through red lights. Naturally, Maverick was on edge and highly concerned.

“What if traffic cameras are watching?”

“You worry too much, buddy. Besides, it doesn't matter even if they are – I haven’t bothered to get my driver’s license yet, so they’d never recognize me!”
